Who We Are

Pahokee Development Corporation is a subsidiary of Pahokee Housing Authority. Its primary purpose is to provide affordable housing to the residents of Pahokee and the surrounding communities. It is governed by a board of directors that consist of five (5) members. The City of Pahokee and Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners have been instrumental in helping the agency maintain and reach its housing goals. With the continued support from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, community partners and private investors, we have purposed to expand affordable housing in the Glades area.
