Purpose Statement
The Pahokee Development Corporation is a Non-Profit Property Management and Development Company, founded in 2013. Our purpose is to improve the quality of lives of the residents of Pahokee by providing quality housing and wealth-building opportunities, particularly for low- and moderate-income families.
Mission Statement
Promote and advance quality, decent, safe and sanitary affordable housing and to engage in or assist in the development or operation of affordable housing for persons of low and moderate income, including families, elderly and or disabled persons primarily located in, but not limited to Pahokee, and also development in the surrounding areas.
